I love the opening music of this version. Capcom Quest of Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition. Now there's a lot of casual content
I think everyone agrees that this should have been the first version of the game.
I remember the hype surrounding the announcement trailer. Sakura, Blanka, Sagat, Cody are back, and new characters Ed, Falke, G, Menat, Abigail, and Zeku were very well received (despite Abigail being broken when she was released).
The entire cast received balancing and the new V-Trigger II, which helped a lot in certain matchups for some characters, but not so much for others...
But for the casual gamers, the big news was the new game modes. Arcade was highly requested and Capcom released several routes to be completed. It's a shame that the ending is just art, but I found it honest.
I really liked the "Extra Battle" mode, usually with a really tough opponent to defeat. You could farm a lot of fighting money if you were good, haha.
And I have to point out the incredible remixes of classic songs that Capcom did here. The SFIV and SFII themes were incredible!
Anyway, there were a lot of good things that came with this version, it's a shame that the online version wasn't one of them, but Capcom got it right and managed to increase the game's longevity.
