Monster Hunter Stories (2016): Ride On! | Capcom Quest #486

I'm in love! Capcom Quest of Monster Hunter Stories. Now the hunts are turn-based!

A masterpiece, it was hard to find any cons in this game.

Stories is Capcom's attempt to bring back the turn-based RPG genre to its library. Those who like the style will love it.

Here you are a rider, and you train the various Monsties that are available. And unlike Pokémon, your character also battles.

Capcom was very sweet with Quality of Life, the game has fast forward, fast travel, exp plus, automatic save and if you die you go back to where you died. It's really good!

The battle has a Jankenpon system where you have to guess the opponent's choice, but this is only necessary in confrontation attacks.

I loved the graphics, maps and also how easy it is to know where to go, whether in the main missions or in the side missions.

There were only two battles where I had to do grinding to beat bosses. The progress is very natural.

Just to "find a point" I thought it was unnecessary not to return all the hearts after death, to recover you just have to go to the village with fast forward (it doesn't even take 1 minute). And also in this version it was a little confusing what to do at this image, you just have to turn the analog stick (the Nintendo 3DS version there is a better indication for this moment).

Anyway, it's really beautiful with that "power of friendship" story. Thanks Capcom for sending me a key, I've already bought Wings of Ruin, hahaha.
