The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords (2002): The Shortest Zelda Ever | Capcom Quest #345

Such beautiful pixel art! Capcom Quest of The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords. Another Capcom Zelda.

In 2002 Nintendo hired Capcom to port A Link to the Past to the GBA, and inside that port they put this extra.

I'll start by saying that I was wrong in the date of this game, it's really from 2002, but the point is that there is a Game Cube version, 100% made by Nintendo, which is from 2004, I ended up confusing it.

And to top it off, the GBA version is exclusive to multiplayer, imagine the frustration at the time of those who had this game but didn't have the link cable or friends with GBA.

Anyway, Nintendo decided to relaunch the game for the Nintendo DS, and this time with a single player mode where you can switch the Links and solve puzzles.

The game itself is very short, just 4 stages. But there is a kind of "rogue like" in it that and ramdomizes the maps/puzzles.

It's important to always farm enough ruppies, otherwise you won't get the keys to go to the last world.

No boss is difficult, just some puzzles. Still, it's an excellent extra of A Link to the Past.

My favorite from the Zero saga
