I couldn't imagine how hard is to beat this one. Capcom Quest of Viewtiful Joe. Henshin-A-Go-Go, Baby!
The mysterious case of the character that everyone loves, but few played his game.
Maybe it's because of the fact that Viewtiful Joe was well known in other media, whether in the versus series or in the anime.
But Capcom's tokusatsu game is quite challenging! A cell shading beat 'em up where the hero enters the movie to rescue his girlfriend.
At first you may even think that Joe's abilities are overpowered, after all, reducing and accelerating time is quite an advantage! But don't be fooled, things get pretty hard as you go on...
Many times I got stuck not knowing how to defeat a certain enemy, or how to solve a puzzle. And the funny thing is that after you solve it, it seems like it was too obvious!
Of all the challenges, the 6th episode is incomparable! You have to go through a boss rush with all bosses buffed and still face the BASTARD Fire Leo!
I highly recommend, whenever possible, use the combination of "slow", "zoom" and "jab". This deals high damage to most enemies.
The game abuses references! Be it tokusatsu, Devil May Cry, Star Wars, movie names, among other things. A must-have title for lovers of pressing buttons!
This was the Clover Studio's first game that has now become Platinum Games. One of their trademarks is to make excellent Hack 'n Slash, besides always showing a ranking after defeating many enemies xD
