Nine lives per stage? How generosity.... Capcom Quest of Mega Man Battle Network WS! Another classic-style adventure.
Capcom was excited about this series, there are Battle Network for everybody.
The game proposal is very similar to Network Transmission, but is much shorter and easier.
That's because Mega Man is not nerfed here, his buster really works as it should and you don't need to level up anything to defeat enemies.
Even so, the chip system is present for you to modify the Navi hero's attacks. But honestly, I only used it on very specific parts.
The game offers alternative paths, with bosses from these paths giving you the classic elemental armor. And the hardest stages were those with hidden blocks. I was never okay with these things.
You can even face Bass as a secret boss (again), but the final boss is this enemy that uses a damn mirror that takes a lot of HP.
It seems to be based on anime, but it's not.
