Mobile Suit Gundam: Federation vs. Zeon DX (2001): It's Gundam TIME! | Capcom Quest #275

I had no idea that these games were developed by Capcom. Capcom Quest of Mobile Suit Gundam: Federation vs. Zeon DX! 120 very repetitive missions.

After Armored Warriors, Cyberbots and Tech Romance, Capcom finally made a game from the most famous series of "giant robots".

I am not a regular fan of anime, the only time I watched it was in the 2000s with the Gundam Wing.

But thanks to some subscribers, I understood that the game tells the story of the first series, perhaps not exactly as it is but with several references.

The game allows you to choose two paths, be part of the Federation or be Zeon clan! Both have the same proposal and missions, what changes are the Gundans of each organization.

And speaking of Gundans, there are 15 playable and 9 others exclusive to the CPU. Many of them are unlockable by doing side quests.

120 missions! Several of these are side quests, but advancing in the game without receiving the rewards by the sides is very complicated...

Unfortunately with this number of missions the game ends up getting very repetitive. There are only two types of missions, those that you destroy number x of enemies and others that are to defend your base/allies.

Obviously there are variations in stages, enemies and difficulty. But after Mission 50, you'll be very tired (unless you're a fan of the series).

The gameplay is what you would expect, each Gundam has its own characteristic and weapons, even one that has capoeira attacks, hahahahaha.

Anyway, I even thought this was the only Gundam produced by Capcom, but I was wrong we will still have many episodes of this series on Capcom Quest \o/
