Mega Man Extreme 2 (2001): Going after to DNA Souls | Capcom Quest #264

That was the most difficult episode of the X saga I've ever played! Capcom Quest of Mega Man Xtreme 2. A lot deaths and lamentations.

I wonder how difficult it must be to play this game on the original hardware. My God...

Capcom probably heard some criticism from Xtreme about same stages. Here some of them are very different from the original ones, others just change a little.

As like Mega Man X5, you can get upgrade parts for both X and Zero. There are several of them, the one I liked the most was the charged shot, much better than the armor's buster.

Speaking of which, this is the first time that I see Zero getting new armor. The sprites don't change that much, but it is real.

And again the game requires you to beat three times to see the real ending. This may even be a great extra, but doing it in a single live is too hard!!!

One detail I didn't like, is that in Extreme mode, X and Zero do not share the bosses' powers or heart tanks.

For some reason Capcom removed or forgot the dash shortcut by pressing select. I was never good at playing MMX by doing a command dash, so the things got worse for me.

I have no words to express the number of deaths I had here. This boss in question forced me to fill the e-tank, I didn't know how to not take damage.

This is the most difficult Sigma I have ever faced in my life! How did Capcom make a game so difficult to play on a handheld? Questions that will never be answered...

A lot Gore and Rock N' Roll
