Disney's Pinocchio (1996): Lying is not a good thing | Capcom Quest #169

Disney really knew how to make beautiful graphics! Capcom Quest of Disney's Pinocchio. A short but complicated game.

Third game of 96 that was only distributed by Capcom in Japan. But since Cap has a nice story with Disney, I thought it was fair to put these games in this quest.

This game is: Get by on your own, in a nutshell. In many parts nothing is intuitive. The first stage I don't even know how I got on that school path, was so random.

This dance part is bizarre. You understand that the game explains how to make all the moves, until you discover that they hidden a command from you. It would be better if it hadn't shown any movement...

On the roller coaster, I'm trying to figure out how I managed to get past the kid who is throwing fireworks. I don't know, I just kept running around.

Inside the whale there is even a wood counter, which flashes to show that you have had enough. But knocking down the candle lamp (to get out of it) was not my intention to do.

It pass the impression that the game is not complete, there is only one stage with the Jiminy Crickett and the game ends too soon! Maybe it was not easy to adapt the moments of the movie.

The graphics are beautiful! Just like previous games as Mickey Mania, it looks like we're playing a cartoon.

And that's it, I have no memories about this movie in my childhood to share, which makes this review not that great, right?
