This time the story is most prominent in Dean's revenge, after all a Skull Cross member killed his family after he refused to join the gang. Lucia is from the Metro City Police Special Crimes Unit, and is also here to place order by kicking the bandit them all.
The big news (besides being able to run) are the specials! Nowadays it's easy to figure out how to do them by searching in internet, but I remember that at the time I only knew how to make Dean's, which is quite easy.
Haggar was the least changed, still the king of the SPD! And Guy gained access to a very strong fireball.
Lucia is the only one who can use special without having to grab the enemy, but the timing to perform is quite accurate.
The features I found most interesting in the game is the decision of alternate paths. You can destroy the bus stop and not take the bus, for example.
Another cool mechanic is Auto 2 Player mode, which the CPU controls your partner. It's not as exciting as playing co-op, but you can have fun.
The game offers two endings (which actually only change one line), and it depends if you will defeat Stray by playing with Dean to avenge his family.
Compared to the previous ones this game is quite easy, even at the hardest level (you can even turn off the friendly fire). Bosses are not that challenging, and you have a lot continues to spend. Even so, this is my favorite Final Fight!
