G.I. Joe: The Atlantis Factor (1992): The 80's is back! | Capcom Quest #101

I wasn't born at that time but I know very well how these guys were popular. Capcom Quest of G.I. Joe: The Atlantis Factor, the most Bad Ass Action Figures, in a Capcom game!

Another one from several games that were licensed for Capcom! And we know there are still many to come. I thought it was a tactical game or something, but in fact it is a platformer/shooter.

The objective is to go at the last square and face the final boss (with a boss rush before), but the way to arrive there, is you who decide! There were two stages that I really couldn't pass, but thanks to this feature, I just followed another path.

Depending the way you choose, you'll find more members to help in your mission, and they are very different in their attributes, some has more hp, others are stronger and there are also those who jumps higher and walks faster.

The classic "Pow" is back here as an upgrade of your weapons and punches. Always when you get a new character, it's a good ideia go back to the first stage and get some of these. But the item bounces through the stage and is easy to miss it.

You can choose three characters to go on missions, and the cool thing is that you are able to change them at any time you want, just hit start and choose! This helps a lot against the hard bosses.

The bosses are quite easy to defeat, most of them has a nice timming to be punished! But the final boss is too boring, especially if you don't have a character who jumps high!

In short, it's a hard game on the stages but not so challenging in the bosses, besides having the level design very bad for those who wants to "rush", always has something to hit you.

The ending is not that impressive, but leave the message that soon we will have a sequel. To be honest I do not remember another game of them made by Capcom...

I never enjoyed Sports in video games
