Let's take down some more ships, hahaha. Capcom Quest of 1943! Marking a new era of Capcom shoot 'em ups!
I think this game defines the second Capcom era (Super Nintendo generation), because its focus is not on difficulty. I've played so many shoot 'em up games in Capcom Quest that this was just another one, nor have much to talk about...
it is sequence from 1942 ( obviously ) and there are HALF of stages! Even this, the game still repetitive, the only thing different I saw in all 16 stages were the bosses that appears like 3 times, and just changes the color palette...
It's really funny play this game after suffering so much with the last ones! Here has HP and infinite continues, can drop bomb to all sides and has lot upgrades hahaahahah. Honestly, I do not miss the oldies, so keep it up Cap xD
Speaking of upgrades, look at our buddy "POW" showing up again. Well at least here it recovers your HP! But there is another item that appears a lot in several games, it's this little star (Yashichi), always giving so many points that you end up earning a life
One thing I have to admit, the stage transitions scenes are amazing!
In the same year Capcom released another version of the game, let's see the differences!
